This a a shell pack replacement for Windows XP Service Pack 2, with permission given by, and based on the Pastels icon set by Marvilla (www.gfxoasis.com).This is a full shell pack, meaning EXE files, DLL files, and CPL files. Included are:

EXEs - cmd.exe, explorer.exe, IEXPLORE.EXE, msimn.exe, mspaint.exe, notepad.exe, and wmplayer.exe

DLLs - fontext.dll, mshtml.dll, mstask.dll, mydocs.dll, netshell.dll, shdocvw.dll, shell32.dll, shimgvw.dll, stobject.dll, url.dll, and wiashext.dll

CPLs - access.cpl, appwiz.cpl, desk.cpl, hdwwiz.cpl, inetcpl.cpl, intl.cpl, mmsys.cpl, ncpa.cpl, nusrmgr.cpl, powercfg.cpl, sysdm.cpl, and timedate.cpl

Actual file versions can be found in the readme. All Thanks to Marvilla for blessing us with this beautiful set of eye candy.

Sorry, but I'm not releasing that wall to anyone, I modded a wall by Kool4 over at Neowin.net and won't release it without permissions. I hope you understand. Although I'm sure you could rip the head out of the screenshot and place it on top of a gray gradient background, if you were planning to have it for personal use only.=)
